1. Login Page
Head towards upay.upayments.com and log in to your UPay account.
2. Click on the "Account" tab shown on the left hand bar and fill the required information under "Account Information":
Please make sure that you have completed the following mandatory fields:
| Mandatory Field | Brief |
| Mobile number | Click on " Verify", you will receive an OTP for verification |
| Click on " Verify" then you will receive an email for verification, if you do not receive an email please check your spam emails | |
Monthly average transaction | You will need to enter your expected number of Monthly transactions ( I.E: 300 transactions per month) |
Monthly average value | You will need to enter your expected number of average value size in KWD (I.E 2500 KWD per month ) |
Sector | What type of business |
| Instagram | Please add your Business Instagram |
Nationality | Input the nationality of the business owner |
Date of birth | Birth date of the business owner |
Finally click on Submit to save the information to be able to continue to the "Bank & Business Information" Tab
Please allow up to 3 working days until your account gets verified, in case there is any rejection, you will receive an email from UPayments stating the reason of the rejection to be able to correct it.
