If a merchant does not conduct any transactions for six months or more, their account status will change to "Dormant Account," resulting in suspended access to UPayments services.
To reactivate their account, merchants must re-upload their bank and business documents and re-enter their data, followed by submitting these for verification.
Access to the account and UPayments services will only be restored once the verification process is successfully completed. This policy ensures the security and integrity of merchant accounts and the UPayments platform.
