I refunded an invoice and it was not received by my customer

Do not worry if this happens, make sure to check the below information :

1 - Any invoice that has been paid through Knet will take around 1 working day until it reaches to the customer's bank account. ( Please note that the customer will need to check their bank statement in order to find the refunded amount ).

2 - Any invoice that has been paid through Master/Visa, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay will take around 10 working days until it reaches to the customer's bank account.
