The merchant refunded me an invoice, but the amount has yet to be credited to my account, what do I do?

 Please note that if you paid the invoice using “ Knet “, then your refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account within 1 working day.

Please not that if you paid the invoice using Credit Card, Samsung pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay then your refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account within 10 working days.
